3. Services

Service engagements are subject to a separate agreement or proposal confirming scope, fees, and deliverables. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer of services.

4. Digital Products

Garment Lab sells digital products including workshops, templates, guides, and other downloadable resources. By purchasing a digital product, you agree to the following:

• All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered or access has been granted.

• If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your purchase, please contact us at natalie@garmentlab.com.au and we will work to resolve it.

• Digital products are licensed for your personal or internal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, share access, or reproduce any part of a digital product without prior written consent from Garment Lab.

• Access to digital products is provided at the time of purchase confirmation. For live or recorded workshops, access details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

5. Payment

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD). Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. When you purchase a digital product from Garment Lab, your transaction is processed by Lemon Squeezy, and your payment confirmation and receipt will come from them.

As the merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy handles all payment processing, tax collection, and compliance obligations on our behalf. Their terms of service and privacy policy also apply to your purchase and can be found at lemonsqueezy.com.
